How do I start an exchange or return?

You can use our returns portal to initiate your return or exchange. You will need your order number and zip code or email address on hand.

For studio shoes, chose your normal trainer or running shoe size. We recommend sizing up if you’re in between sizes.

What makes the Studio Shoes different from a pilates sock?

How do I take care of my BLOCH pieces?

For activewear, we recommend machine washing separately in a cold, gentle setting. Do not use bleach or chlorinated detergent. Line dry. Do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean.

For our Studio Shoes we recommend hand washing with soap and water, before allowing to air dry.

Where do you ship?

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat rate $10 standard shipping within the continental US. If your order is over $75, standard shipping will be free.

Pricing for Hawaii, Alaska, and express shipping will be determined at checkout.

When will my order ship?

It typically takes 2-3 business days for your order to ship out. If you selected express shipping you should receive a tracking number within 24 hours.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. This will be emailed to you, or you can log into your account to find it.
