Returns and Refund Policy
If you would like to return your item, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt.
To return goods for a refund, store credit, or exchange for a new size please use our returns portal.
If you have received defective merchandise you can e-mail us at email@example.com. Please describe your defect and provide your contact information. We will aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We can only accept returns of items unworn and unwashed, in 'shelf ready' condition. Items must have been purchased on wearebloch.com, and purchases from wearebloch.com cannot be accepted in any other store. All returns of items purchased on wearebloch.com must be returned to our warehouse.
Please allow 7-10 business days for us to receive your return. Once received, we will inspect and process your return within 5 business days. You will be notified by e-mail once your return has been completely processed and your refund has been issued.
All refunds are for merchandise only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and we are not able to provide return shipping labels at this time.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.
In all cases, the returned items must be in their original "shelf-ready" condition which includes tags and any packaging.
All items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, therefore we strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service. Please ensure you pack your shipment securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
Price and Payment
The price of Products are as quoted on the site at time of purchase. We do not offer price adjustments.
If you are shipping to US, prices may be subject to additional sales tax and delivery costs, both of which will be automatically added (at the cost shown) to the total amount due when you view the items in your shopping bag, and have indicated your shipping address and selected your delivery method.
Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time. The Site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on the Site may be incorrectly priced. Prices listed on product pages may be changed by BLOCH at its own discretion without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, BLOCH has the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or the customer card charged. If a customer card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, BLOCH will issue a refund on the customer card.
Payment for all orders must be made by credit card, debit card, virtual gift card, or store credit on the checkout page. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. We also accept Google Pay, and Apple Pay where applicable.
You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declined to authorize payment for any reason. We also carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card, and Products will not be shipped until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. We are not responsible for this.
